Kitty Lung looks like a typical teenager, but she's really a weredragon who is charged with protecting the President's son Jacob. When a colleague accidentally shape shifts on a mission, her identity is revealed to the world and the Government she was working for locks her fellow dragons up and begins to hunt her down. At the same time, Jacob is abducted. Kitty and Sani, the last free dragons, set off to rescue him.
Dragons Are People too, is a great read. It's well written and the characters leap off the page. Kitty comes across as realistic, if a little angry. I enjoyed the world building aspects and the action sequences were well written and enjoyable, It did a very good job of wrong footing me about the people behind the plot and I enjoyed that.
The romance was sweet and quite well played out and I loved the interplay between Kitty and Dominic.
All in all, this is a very good read and I highly recommend it.
