I get my ideas from everywhere. Seriously. Dreams, daydreams, supermarket trips. My Tahoe had something wrong with the engine and sort of lunged forward one day like it was alive and/or possessed and now I have a totally new series that I am gnashing at the bit to write. Inspiration can be found anywhere for those who choose to look.
2. Do you have a dream cast for your book?
Not really. For me the dream cast could be created from new actors, good make-up and a little hair dye. Personality would be very important though.
3. How do you handle writer’s block?
I swap projects or back away. Read a book. Watch a movie. Play world of warcraft - For The Horde. Anything to let me work out the issue I am having work itself out in the long forgotten corridors of my brain.
4. What inspired you to write this book?
Honestly, I think I was just born to be a writer. I have loved words, poetry, books, etc for as long as I can remember. No other profession leaves me feeling half as satisfied.
5.What’s the hardest part of being an author?
Ha. Seriously, you have to ask? Promotion. I hate trying to pimp myself out. It makes me feel ten types of wrong. I do love connecting with readers though. Come be my Frand. (Fan turned Friend.)
